1. Agreement
By accessing rahnexa.com or app.rahnexa.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Independent educational service
RAHNEXA is an independent learning product. It is not a DMV, government agency, driving school, testing center or official licensing authority, and it is not approved or endorsed by any of them. RAHNEXA supports study but does not replace the current official CDL manual, required instruction, medical or licensing requirements, or professional driving judgment.
3. No guarantee of test results
Practice results, readiness scores and explanations are educational guidance. They do not guarantee that you will pass a written, skills or road examination or receive a CDL. Rules and test requirements may change, so you are responsible for checking current official requirements in your state.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute protected content, use automated extraction tools, evade access limits or use RAHNEXA for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, content or service reliability.
5. Guest access, trials and payments
English guest study is free. Premium translation access costs $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year. Applicable tax and the total payable are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
Cancel future renewals through Manage billing in your app account before the next renewal. Access continues through the current paid period. Cancellation does not refund an earlier payment. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable terms. Purchases identified at checkout as sold through Link are subject to Stripe Managed Payments transaction and refund terms. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details, including taxes and billing support.
If an optional three-day trial is offered in your account, it starts only when you choose it and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Signing in alone does not start a trial or authorize a payment. Trial and promotional availability may change.
6. Content and intellectual property
RAHNEXA, its branding, software, visual presentation, original explanations and learning organization are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access is personal, limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable. Official public materials and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep the service accurate, secure and available, but features or content may be corrected, updated, suspended or discontinued. Offline content is limited to supported material downloaded to your device and may require periodic reconnection for updates or account verification.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RAHNEXA disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
